Copilot Pages make it easy to co-create, share, and stay aligned with your team, whether you're working on a project plan, brainstorming ideas, or tracking progress. If you receive a link to a Copilot Page or Microsoft Loop component, you can review content, add updates, and collaborate in real time.

Notes: 

  • This article applies to Copilot Pages in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. If you want to learn about Copilot Pages in the Microsoft Copilot app, see Using Copilot Pages with Microsoft Copilot.

  • If you have a work or school (Entra ID) account, Copilot Pages is available to those who have SharePoint or OneDrive storage, including ones without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

  • If you have a personal Microsoft account, Copilot Pages is available if you’re a Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium subscriber. Learn more about Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and Microsoft 365 Copilot plans.

Note: Some features described in this article are rolling out gradually and may not yet be available in your experience.

The following instructions apply to recipients of shared links to a Copilot Page or Loop component.

You receive a link to a Copilot Page 

  1. Use the link provided in email, Teams, or another Microsoft 365 app to access the shared page. Make sure to sign in with your Microsoft 365 work or school account to view and interact with the page.

  2. Review the content and make direct edits on the page. Your changes will sync in real time for everyone.

  • Highlight text to show a floating toolbar. The toolbar includes options such as bold, italics, underline, headings, lists, and more.Comment button that shows up when you highlight text in Copilot Pages.

  • Select Ask Copilot to chat with Copilot about the contents of your page.

  • Select the Comment button to add a comment.

You receive a Loop component 

  1. Look for the Loop component that's embedded in a message, such as in Teams or Outlook. You can interact with it directly from there.

  2. Review the content and make edits inline. Your changes will sync in real time for everyone.
