This article describes the issue that is fixed in the Microsoft Outlook 2010 hotfix package that is dated July 10, 2013.

You try to create a meeting request from an HTML email message that contains images that are hosted on a SharePoint server in Outlook 2010. When you click the Meeting button in the Respond ribbon, you are prompted for your credentials.
