If you don't have an active Software Assurance contract at the time of enablement, you must turn off the OneDrive for Business modern user experience.

Known issues in this update
This security update introduces a change where the Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.SPThemes class is marked as unsafe in all Web.config files. This change has inadvertently caused some SharePoint PowerShell cmdlets to not function properly. For example, the Test-SPContentDatabase cmdlet, the cmdlet that enables the Document Sets feature, and the cmdlet that enables the Video and Rich Media feature.
This issue is fixed in the Description of the security update for SharePoint Enterprise Server 2016: September 10, 2024 (KB5002624).
