Summary

This article describes an update that makes daylight saving time (DST) and time zone changes in Windows for the Kingdom of Morocco and Volgograd Oblast, Russia. Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites section.

Volgograd Oblast, Russia, permanently switched from UTC+03:00 to UTC+04:00 on October 28, 2018. Customers can now switch to the new time zone for Volgograd, which is displayed as (UTC+04:00) Volgograd.
