Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You schedule Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for archiving (BAM_DM_<activity_name>) to run on a computer that is running BizTalk Server.
-
The BAM SSIS package runs.
In this scenario, the BAM tracking data is not archived from the BAMPrimaryImport database to the BAMArchive database. Additionally, the BAM tracking data is incorrectly moved to the Bam_<activity_name>_<guid> tables and the Bam_<activity_name>_<guid>_Relationships tables in the BAMPrimaryImport database.
Note The correct archive operation is to move the BAM tracking data from the BAMPrimaryImport database to the BAMArchive database.Resolution
