How to use Copilot on your mobile device

  • Download or open the app: Find Microsoft 365 Copilot in your app store, available for both iOS and Android.

  • Sign In: Log in with your work or school account.

  • Chat with Copilot: With a Microsoft 365 subscription, Copilot resources are generated with the latest information from the web. If you are using your work or school account and have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, Copilot will tailor its responses based on your work data and content that you have access to.

  • Start a voice conversation: Chat with Copilot hands-free on your mobile device by starting a voice conversation with Copilot. Learn more in Get started with voice features in Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Explore the rest of the app: Select Navigation  Left navigation icon in the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app to open the navigation pane. Navigate to other Copilot experiences, like Search, Library, Create, Agents, and Notebooks. (Note: the features available to you will depend on the Microsoft license you have.) 

    Tip: Learn more about using Copilot with or without a Microsoft 365 Copilot (add-on) license. The Copilot (add-on) license is only available to users with a work or school (Entra ID) account.
