After you connect your LinkedIn and Microsoft accounts, you can invite people you interact with to connect with you on LinkedIn directly from their profile card.  

  1. Go to a Microsoft app or solution, for example, Outlook on the web.

  2. Open a profile card.

  3. Select the LinkedIn icon or section. If you are using a work or school account, you'll only see LinkedIn information if your organization allows you to connect your accounts.

  4. If you haven't connected your LinkedIn and Microsoft accounts, you will be asked to do so.

  5. To send an invitation to connect on LinkedIn, select the Connect on top of the LinkedIn tab on the person's profile card.
