Symptoms
Assume that you have a Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package that uses the Change Data Capture (CDC) Source component. After you install one of the cumulative updates that are described in KB 4038210, when you try to do a preview in the CDC Source task, you may receive error messages that resemble the following:
