Symptoms
When a Receive location that uses the Logic App adapter is enabled, it gets disabled with the following event log error:
The Messaging Engine encountered an error when creating the receive adapter "LogicApp". The Assembly is: "Microsoft.BizTalk.Adapter.LogicApp.Runtime.LogicAppReceiver, Microsoft.BizTalk.Adapter.LogicApp.Runtime". The error occurred because the component does not implement the mandatory interface "IBTTransportControl".
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2020
Note After applying this fix, new receive handlers will be added as isolated receive handler. Any existing in-process LogicApp receive handlers need to be deleted manually.
