Symptoms
In Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, a domain controller overloads because of many LDAP requests from Exchange servers. Therefore, the response from the domain controller is slow.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the Cumulative Update 8 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
