Restart the computer, if it's necessary.

Run Upgrade Workflow Manager Farm in the Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard.
For the new farm

Install the SharePoint Workflow Manager RTM.

Install the SPWFM Client (16.0.18526.20316).

Install the update for SharePoint Workflow Manager (KB5002726).

Run the Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard to create a new farm.
Notes:

You must install the update for SharePoint Workflow Manager (KB5002726) on all servers in the Workflow Manager farm.

You must uninstall the old SharePoint Workflow Manager Client from all servers in the Workflow Manager farm and SharePoint Server farm.

You must install the new SharePoint Workflow Manager Client on all servers in the Workflow Manager farm and SharePoint Server farm.
