Symptoms

When you create a file or a folder in a Library, the file or folder does not appear immediately. However, after you manually update the Library by pressing F5, the file or folder appears. This issue occurs on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

For example, assume that you right-click in a Library, you click New, and then you click Folder. In this situation, the folder does not appear. However, after you press F5 or right-click and then click Refresh, the folder appears.
