After some users migrate from an earlier version of Microsoft Exchange Server to Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, they experience an occasional lack of response from public folders. This problem causes instability in the production line.


To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 12 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
