ISSUE
When you create or rename a folder in Outlook.com, it reverts to the old name or disappears the next time you sign in.
WORKAROUND
You can find items saved within the missing folders using search, and the folder issue is fixed in the new Outlook.com. Get help with Outlook.com.Â
