OWA displays incorrect time zone for Amman

Symptoms 

Consider the following scenario:

1. You install Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 on Windows Server 2019.

2. You install the latest OS and Exchange Server updates.

3. You sign in to Outlook on the web (OWA).

4. You select Settings > General. 

5. On the General screen, you select Time zone.

6. Under Time zones in the Display my calendar in time zone list, you locate the option for Amman.

In this scenario, you expect the time zone setting for the Amman option to appear as (UTC+03:00). However, the setting appears as (UTC+02:00) instead. 

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install the following security update:
