Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a computer that is running Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2 and uses Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) version 8.1.

You establish a RDP session to connect to a computer or a remote application through Remote Desktop Gateway (RD Gateway) by using User Datagram Protocol (UDP).
In this scenario, the RDP session is disconnected and reconnected constantly.
Resolution
