Copilot's shopping features are only available in certain markets.

Note: Copilot can occasionally make mistakes, be mindful and verify key product information, pricing, and purchase terms on the retailer’s website. Prices and availability are at the discretion of the retailer and may be subject to change without notice. Using shopping features in Copilot

Here's how to use Copilot to search for products:

  • Ask Copilot a shopping or product-related question (for example, “Help me find some comfortable slip-on shoes I can use for walking outdoors”).

  • Copilot may respond by displaying 5 or 6 cards which show different products—including a photo of the item, the store where it’s available, price, and ratings.  You can scroll left and right through these options. Copilot returns options based on your prompt, likelihood of engagement (based on historical performance), available merchant data, and other factors that help you find what you need.

  • To see more information about any of these options, select View Details.  This will display a page that shows more options, sizes, stores, a summary of reviews, and a chart of the product’s price history online.  You can return to the previous view by selecting X at the bottom of the page.

  • You can also click Buy to be taken directly to the store’s purchase page.

Price tracking in Copilot

Whether looking at a group of products or a single product page in Copilot, you can ask Copilot to help you track price changes. Here’s how to do this:

  • Select Track Price or the alert icon next to the product you want tracked.  Copilot will bring up a notification window that says “I’m tracking the price for you.”

  • In the notification window, select Manage to see options that let you determine your price goal (e.g. 20% off the list price) and how long you want Copilot to alert you about price changes (e.g. 3 months).

  • From here, you can also toggle whether you want Copilot to send you email alerts. Otherwise, you’ll receive price notifications only in the Copilot app.

  • To disable alerts, select Track Price or the alert icon again. Copilot will bring up a notification window that says “I’ve stopped tracking.”
