Symptoms
Assume that you set the Windows theme as High Contrast (HC) mode. When you open a conversation window in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you find that some gray strings are invisible.
Resolution
To fix the issue, install the February 7, 2017, update (KB3141501) for Skype for Business 2016.
