Keep the conversation going
If you start a Copilot conversation on your computer, you can continue it seamlessly from the mobile app.

Open the Copilot mobile app.
Tip: If you don't already have the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app, download it for iOS or Android. You'll want to sign in with your work or school account.

Select the navigation menu (☰) in the upper-left corner.

Choose Conversations.

Select the conversation you want to continue.

Ask Copilot follow-up questions or request new work, like “Create a status report for my leadership team.”
Review Copilot’s draft and ask it to refine the tone, format, or details until you're satisfied.
Finish up back at your desk
When you return to your computer:

Open Copilot in Outlook.

Reopen the same conversation.
-
Copy the refined status update into an email to edit and send.
Find shared files using Search
Use Search in the Copilot mobile app to quickly locate files shared with you, recommended items, or information across your organization.

Open the Copilot mobile app.

Select the navigation menu (☰) and choose Search.

Scroll to view recommended documents, meeting recaps, and recent files you’ve opened.

Type what you’re looking for. You can be specific or more conversational.

Copilot will generate a quick summary and return files, sites, and information that match your query.

Use filters to narrow results, such as:

Modified

Type
-
Person

Start a hands‑free voice conversation
Voice chat helps you stay productive when your hands are full—perfect for a morning commute or a more conversational chat with Copilot.

Open the Copilot mobile app.

In Chat, select Speak.

When the screen indicates Copilot is listening, begin speaking naturally.

Copilot responds in real time, pulling accurate details from your calendar, files, meetings recaps, and more.

Interrupt or ask follow-up questions. Copilot adapts and responds just like in a real conversation.

When you're finished, end the voice chat. Scroll through the full conversation and copy any content you want to use later.
