Symptoms
When a disk is reset on a Windows Server 2012 R2-based failover cluster, the disk may lose a Persistent Reservation (PR). When this issue occurs, the whole Storage Spaces pool and the space resources fail.Note PRs are used by Windows failover clustering to arbitrate access to shared disks and to avoid data corruption.
