Symptoms
When a cluster handle is invalidated on a computer that is running Windows Server 2012 R2, subsequent calls on that cluster handle does not work, and the following error message will be logged in the cluster log:
Online thread Failed: (1722)' because of 'nullptr != resNotifyHandle_'
Resolution
