Cortana works with Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 to keep you on time and on track. For Cortana in Windows 10, May 2020 Update and later versions, your calendar automatically syncs with Cortana when you sign in with a work or school account, or a Microsoft account. 

To sync your calendar with Cortana on older versions of Windows 10, or for other devices, follow the steps below.

PC

This content applies to Cortana on Windows 10, November 2019 Update and earlier versions.

  1. Open Cortana.

  2. Select Notebook .

  3. On the Manage Skills tab, select Connected Services.

  4. Choose Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 and enter your account information.

Note: Connecting to a Gmail account is no longer supported.

iOS

  1. Open Cortana.

  2. Select Menu in the upper-right corner, then select Settings .

  3. Under Connections, select Connected Services.

  4. Choose Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 and enter your account information.

Android

  1. Open Cortana.

  2. Select Menu , then select Settings .

  3. On the Manage Skills tab, select Connected Services.

  4. Choose Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 and enter your account information.

Speaker

Sync your calendar using Cortana on your PC or phone using the instructions above.
