Symptoms
Assume that you view a screen sharing from a third-party remote desktop protocol (RDP) implementation (for example, Cisco, Acanovmr, or Pexip) in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 ), and the sharer's resolution is lower than yours. Then, you try to zoom into the content to make it fill the whole stage. In this situation, a crash occurs in your side unexpectedly.
Resolution
To fix the issue, install the February 7, 2017, update (KB3141501) for Skype for Business 2016.
