Summary

Turkey has announced that it will no longer observe daylight saving time going forward. This change took effect on September 7, 2016. The country had been scheduled to end its DST observance on October 30, 2016. Instead, Turkey will remain permanently set to the UTC+3 time zone and will not return to UTC+2.

Or, install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. Or, install Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista and for Windows Server 2008.



There are no prerequisites to install this update on Windows Server 2012.
