You have multiple accounts
Choose the account you want to sign in with.

There are 2 options to obtain receipts.

Option 1 - Essentials and M365 plans

If you're on the new Clipchamp Essentials plan or the plan that is included in your M365 subscription, when you go to the billing page of your Clipchamp account you will see this button:

Click this button on the Clipchamp billing page to get to your Microsoft account's settings

Clicking it will take you to your Microsoft account's services & subscriptions page where you can access receipts.

Option 2 - Clipchamp legacy plans (Creator, Business, Business Platinum)

If you were on one of our legacy subscription plans that we discontinued in November 2022 and would like to retrieve an invoice for a past billing period, please get in touch with our support team.
