Print gridlines on drawings in Visio

  1. On the Design tab, click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher.
    Click the icon in the corner of the Page Setup section
  2. On the Print Setup tab, under Print, select the Gridlines check box.
    Click the Gridlines checkbox
  3. Click OK.
  4. Print the drawing.

Center your drawing on the print

  1. On the Design tab, click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher.
    Click the icon in the corner of the Page Setup section
  2. On the Print Setup tab, click Setup.
  3. Under Small drawings, select the Center horizontally and Center vertically check boxes.
    Click center horizontally and vertically under Small drawings

To print a drawing

  1. Click the File tab.
  2. Click Print.
  3. Click the printing option you want.
