Symptoms

You browse to the SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services (SSRS) web portal by using Internet Explorer. When you try to create a new subscription for a report that the report name contains Unicode characters, the subscription is not created. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

Cannot find item report_name (rsItemNotFound)
