Symptoms

Assume that you open SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services report in an application by using Report Viewer control in remote processing mode. When you try to print the report,. When you try to print the report, for example, by clicking the Print icon, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:

Note

Printing is not available. Verify that Active X is enabled or try using Internet Explorer for the desktop.
