Symptoms
When an MDSCHEMA_MEASURES request is issued and the restrictions request hidden members in an instance of Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), KPIs may return a non-translated caption. This issue may occur even if a translation for the client locale is defined for the KPI.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:
Cumulative Update 3 for SQL Server 2016 SP1
Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2016
Cumulative Update 10 for SQL Server 2014 SP1
Cumulative update 3 for SQL Server 2014 SP2
