Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services (SSRS 2016) that has SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed. The List view layout of the SSRS web portal that's introduced in SQL Server 2016 SP1 always reverts to the Tiles view layout in Google Chrome when the page is refreshed.
Note The issue does not occur when you browse the SSRS web portal in other browsers, such as Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
Cumulative Update 1 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
