Symptoms

When you execute an Analysis Services Processing task in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and 2017 Integration Services (SSIS) package, you may notice that lots of events of the Analysis Services Processing task are missing from the SSIS logs when compared to the earlier versions of SSIS. 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:

      Cumulative Update 13 for SQL Server 2017

      Cumulative Update 5 for SQL Server 2017

      Cumulative Update 5 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 2

      Cumulative Update 13 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1

      Cumulative Update 7 for SQL Server 2016 SP1
