Symptoms

The automatic enrollment process may fail on Configuration Manager, version 1710 clients. A message that resembles the following is recorded in the comanagementhandler.log file on the client:

Intune Standalone Account ID is null or does not match MDMTenantID.

Note This issue occurs after the installation of KB 4057517, Update rollup for System Center Configuration Manager current branch, version 1710.

Update information for System Center Configuration Manager, version 1710

This hotfix is available for installation in the Updates and Servicing node of the Configuration Manager console on sites that satisfy the following conditions:

  • Update rollup KB 4057517 is installed.

  • The Co-management feature is enabled.

Important If the update is not listed for a given site, the update is not required.

If the service connection point is in offline mode, you must reimport the update so that it is listed in the Configuration Manager console. For more information, see Install in-console updates for System Center Configuration Manager.

Restart information

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

Hotfix replacement information

This hotfix does not replace any other updates.
