Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Analysis Services (SSAS 2016). When you process the SSAS objects by using Process Clear mode, and then you process the same objects by using Process Full mode, you will notice that the SSAS may crash.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2016 SP2

Cumulative Update 10 for SQL Server 2016 SP1
