Improvements and fixes

This update contains a fix for the following nonsecurity issue:

  • An Excel document that has the Right-To-Left (RTL) setting enabled can't be scrolled horizontally when it's opened in Google Chrome browsers or Microsoft Edge based on Chromium by using Excel Online.
