KB4580915 - FIX: SQL Server error log receives several ADR enabled/disabled messages even when ADR isn't explicitly enabled/disabled

Symptoms

If you don't explicitly enable or disable Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) in Microsoft SQL Server 2019, you notice that the SQL Server error log contains several "ADR Enabled/Disabled" entries, as follows:

DateTime spid  [DbId: X] ADR [Enabled/Disabled] for the database.

Status

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
