Fixes an issue in which pages are always created as the default content type in the Site Pages library.

Fixes an issue in which renaming a document to an existing document in the document library displays an erroneous error message.

Fixes an issue in which the token cache cannot be accessed correctly.

Fixes an issue in which property demotion doesn't work for ink-enabled .docx files.
