In addition to collecting the information that is described earlier, this diagnostic package can detect one or more of the following symptoms:
- Verify Dynamics GP is on a supported version
- Verify SQL Server 2008 R2 at least SP1 installed
- Verify companies in Dynamics GP have existing SQL DB
- Check for 32 bit ODBC DSN
- Check for 64-bit Dexterity Shared Components on 64-bit OS
- Sql Data Files have been collected
- Local Data Files have been collected
