Symptoms
Assume that you run a complex query in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or in Microsoft SQL Server 2014, and it takes a long time to compile the query. In this situation, a "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition occurs during the query compilation. Additionally, a mini dump file is generated.
Note SQL Server performance may decrease at that time. The "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition disappears when the query compilation is completed.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
