Symptoms
After you install security update 3013455 (described in MSRC bulletin MS15-010), you may notice some text quality degradation in certain scenarios. This problem occurs on computers that are running the following operating systems:
- Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
- Windows Server 2003 SP2
- Windows Vista SP2
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install one of the following updates as appropriate for you operating system:

Update for Windows Server 2008
Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition
Update for Windows Server 2008 for Itanium-based Systems

You must restart the computer after you install this update (KB3037639).
Installation order
There is no installation order requirement for the two updates that are discussed in this article (KB3013455 and KB3037639).
