Symptoms
By default, if Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 is installed through Microsoft Installer (.msi), the video-based screen-sharing (VBSS) feature is disabled.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the July 5, 2016, update (KB3115268) for Skype for Business 2016.Note After you apply this update, the VBSS feature is enabled by default in a Skype for Business 2016 conference call.
