The November 2016 Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Vista Service Pack (SP2) and Windows Server 2008 SP2 includes cumulative improvements in reliability in the .NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 4.5.2 and 4.6. We recommend that you apply this quality rollup as part of your regular maintenance routines. Before you install this update, see the "Prerequisites" and "Restart requirement" sections.
