Symptoms

Assume that you apply a normalization rule to the address book, and then restart the Front End server of Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015. In this situation, the RTCSrv.exe service crashes.  

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the November 2016 cumulative update 6.0.9319.272 for Skype for Business Server 2015.
