Improvements and fixes
This security update contains fixes for the following nonsecurity issues in SharePoint Server 2019 Language Pack:

Fixes an issue in which you cannot create or edit list items with a hyperlink column in the modern UI.

Fixes an issue in which the yellow bar visual indicator of missing required field values is displayed even if the item contains values for its required fields. This occurs when the view doesn't display the required fields.

Fixes an issue in which the Managed Metadata column and Person column display the ID of the term instead of the label name.

Fixes an issue in which attachments that are opened from a list do not behave according to the Open in the client application option.

Fixes an issue in which you cannot save list item changes when you update a choice column.

Fixes an issue in which the notification overlay appears behind the Grant Access panel.
Note: To fix these issues completely, you have to install KB 5002436 together with this update.
Known issues in this update
You experience an issue in which a web part or web form control on the web part page cannot be displayed. For more information, see Web part or web form control cannot be displayed on SharePoint web part page (KB5029605).
