Hotfix for System Center Operations Mager 2019 -MSRC

To apply this hotfix, you must have the following update: Update Rollup 6 for System Center Operations Manager 2019

Issue fixed in this update

Changes to limit PowerShell widget access to Administrators only: The PowerShell (PS) Widget in dashboards is accessible to all users, including those without administrative privileges. This posed a potential security and access control issue, as non-admin users were able to execute or view PowerShell scripts through the web console or dashboard interface. This Hotfix limits the access to edit PowerShell widget to Administrators only.

Installation Instructions 

For System Center Operations Manager 2019: 
1.    Download the MSP files: Web Console – KB5073251-amd64-WebConsole.msp

2.    From an elevated command prompt, run the KB5073251-amd64-WebConsole.msp for the Web Console.
