Symptoms
When you run the User activity report in Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010, the report header may include a list of servers and a message that resembles the following:
Servers with incomplete report data: server_name
(Check for relevant alerts) However, when you check the TMG Management console and the event log, there are no relevant alerts.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, install the service pack that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
