Symptomen
Microsoft Outlook-clients die gebruikmaken van MAPI via HTTP verbinding maken met Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 postbussen worden af en toe verbroken. Bijvoorbeeld zien-modus met cache-gebruikers een verbroken bericht op de statusbalk van Outlook weergegeven. Gebruikers van on line-modus wordt ook het volgende foutbericht weergegeven wanneer zij Outlook probeert te starten:
Kan Microsoft Outlook niet starten. Het Outlook-venster openen niet. Kan de set mappen niet openen. U moet verbinding maken met Microsoft Exchange met het huidige profiel voordat u de mappen met uw Outlook-gegevensbestand (.ost synchroniseren kunt).

Oorzaak
Dit probleem treedt op wanneer de MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool of MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool groep van toepassingen een onverwerkte uitzondering aangetroffen.
Oplossing
U kunt dit probleem oplossen door cumulatieve Update 11 voor Exchange Server 2013 te installeren.
Status
Microsoft heeft bevestigd dat dit probleem kan optreden in de Microsoft-producten die worden vermeld in de sectie 'Van toepassing op'.
