Inleiding
In dit artikel worden de problemen beschreven die zijn opgelost in Updatepakket 5 voor Microsoft System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1). Daarnaast bevat dit artikel de installatie-instructies voor updatepakket 5 voor System Center 201 Data Protection Manager SP1.
Problemen die zijn opgelost in dit updatepakket
Probleem 1Veel gelijktijdige threads of aanroepen naar Microsoft SQL Server vanuit de DPM-console (Data Protection Manager) veroorzaken trage SQL Server prestaties. Wanneer dit probleem optreedt, heeft de DPM-console geen verbindingen met SQL Server en loopt deze vast of loopt vast.Probleem 2De DPM-console loopt vast en u ontvangt een foutbericht dat er ongeveer als volgt uitziet:
Paden die beginnen met \\?\GlobalRoot zijn intern voor de kernel en mogen niet worden geopend door beheerde toepassingen.
Installatie-instructies
Opmerking De hotfix die wordt beschreven in het Microsoft Knowledge Base-artikel 2886362 is niet opgenomen in updatepakket 5 voor System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1. Bovendien kunt u hotfix 2886362 alleen installeren nadat u Update rollup 3 hebt geïnstalleerd. Als u daarom hotfix-2886362 wilt installeren, installeert u eerst Updatepakket 3, installeert u vervolgens hotfix 2886362 en installeert u vervolgens Updatepakket 5.Er zijn geen DPM-oplossingen opgenomen in updatepakket 4 voor System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1.Voer de volgende stappen uit om de update voor Data Protection Manager te installeren:

Voordat u deze update installeert, maakt u een back-up van de Data Protection Manager-database.

Installeer het samengetelde pakket op de server waarop System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager SP1 wordt uitgevoerd. Hiervoor voert u Microsoft Update uit op de server.Opmerking Voordat u deze update installeert via Microsoft Update, moet de Data Protection Manager-console worden gesloten. Mogelijk moet u de Data Protection Manager-server opnieuw opstarten nadat u dit pakket hebt geïnstalleerd.

Werk in de Beheerconsole van Data Protection Manager de beveiligingsagents bij. Gebruik hiervoor een van de volgende methoden: Methode 1: De beveiligingsagents bijwerken vanuit de Beheerconsole van Data Protection Manager

Open de Beheerconsole van Data Protection Manager.

Klik op het tabblad Beheer en klik vervolgens op het tabblad Agents .

Selecteer een computer in de lijst Beveiligde computer en klik vervolgens op Bijwerken in het deelvenster Actie .

Klik op Ja en klik vervolgens op Agents bijwerken.
Opmerking U moet de computer mogelijk opnieuw opstarten nadat u de agentupgrades hebt geïnstalleerd.Methode 2:De beveiligingsagents op de beveiligde computers bijwerken

Haal het updatebeveiligingsagentpakket op uit de volgende map op de System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager SP1-server:Data_Protection_Manager_installation_location\DPM\DPM\Agents\RA\4.1.3426.0 De installatiepakketten zijn als volgt:

Voor x86-updates: i386\1033\DPMAgentInstaller_KB2904723.exe

Voor x64-updates: amd64\1033\DPMAgentInstaller_kb2904723_AMD64.exe

Voer het juiste DPMAgentInstaller.exe-pakket uit op elke beveiligde computer, op basis van de architectuur van de agent.

Open de Beheerconsole van Data Protection Manager op de System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager SP1-server.

Klik op het tabblad Beheer en klik vervolgens op het tabblad Agents.

Selecteer de beveiligde computers, werk de informatie bij en controleer of het versienummer van de agent 4.1.3426.0 is.

Instructies downloaden
Updatepakketten voor Data Protection Manager zijn beschikbaar via Microsoft Update of door handmatig te downloaden.Microsoft Update Als u een updatepakket van Microsoft Update wilt verkrijgen en installeren, volgt u deze stappen op een computer waarop een van toepassing System Center SP1-onderdeel 2012 is geïnstalleerd:

Klik op Start en klik op Configuratiescherm.

Dubbelklik in Configuratiescherm op Windows Update.

Klik in het venster Windows Update op Online controleren op updates van Microsoft Update.

Klik op Belangrijke updates zijn beschikbaar.

Selecteer de updatepakket 5 pakketten die u wilt installeren en klik vervolgens op OK.

Klik op Updates installeren om de geselecteerde updatepakketten te installeren.
Handmatig downloaden van de updatepakketten Als u het zelfstandige pakket voor deze update wilt downloaden, gaat u naar de website van de Microsoft Update-catalogus .
