To switch views during a video call

You can change your view at any time during the video call.

1. Select View .
2. Select a view from these options:

• Gallery  - This is the default view when joining a meeting on desktop or mobile.
• Speaker ⁠-⁠ This view will track the current active speaker in the meeting. 
• Large gallery view- This option is available when at least ten people have their cameras turned on. Large gallery view can show up to 49 participants, in a 7x7 arrangement. 
• Focus on content ⁠-⁠ This is where you can focus on the content when the presenter is sharing their screen. 

Additional meeting view options

Under View , you can also adjust your Gallery size and Show videos first.

Under View > More options you can:

• Show gallery at top
• Turn off incoming video
• Hide me - hides your own video from your screen while other participants can still see you
• Remove me in the gallery- removes your video tile from the gallery
• Full screen - expands the meeting to fill your whole display

To switch views during a video call

In Teams Free, Gallery view is the default when joining a meeting.

You can find meeting views under More actions Views .

During a meeting, you can adjust your view when you touch and hold on your mobile screen. You can then choose:

• Pin- to keep important speakers visible
• Spotlight for everyone- to focus everyone's attention on presenters
