Scheduling Poll articles

The new Scheduling Poll feature is used to schedule meetings via polling. The organizer can send multiple time options through the Scheduling Poll feature and minimize the back-and-forth emails about scheduling.

The Scheduling Poll feature is currently available to users of Microsoft 365 Apps for business or enterprise plans that include Exchange Online. It is currently supported for GCC tenants, excluding GCC High.

A meeting organizer is required to have a mailbox in Microsoft 365 Exchange Online to be able to use the Scheduling Poll feature, while anyone with a valid email address can be an attendee in a meeting that utilizes the Scheduling Poll feature for polling. This feature is not available to organizers with mailboxes on an Exchange On-Premises server.
