This item won't load right now

If an embedded file no longer shows on your website or you see the error "This item won't load right now", it could be because the file is no longer available, or the link you used has changed.

To fix embedded files not showing:

  1. Remove the original embedded HTML code from your website.

  2. Sign in to your account at onedrive.com.

  3. Go to OneDrive Files view and find the file you want to embed.

    Note

If the file you embedded is no longer shared with you, you cannot embed it.

  4. Select the file and click More Horizontal and select </> Embed.

  5. Select Generate in the pane that opens to get the HTML needed for re-embedding your file.

    Important

Anyone who visits the webpage with this embedded file will be able to view it without signing in.
